It must:

• be available  for February 9, 2019

• have a stage and a staging area

• seat 100+ people

• have professional AV sound and lighting capabilities

• allow  on-site pre-event visits for rehearsal/technical preparation/event set-up

• have  appropriate parking and rest room facilities
